Initial Consultation
You get in touch with us and we’ll ask all the questions to understand your needs and preferences. We’ll provide a detailed Estimate that reflects the job scope and we’ll always take into account what is most beneficial for your house's structure.
You’ll get the description of what’s included in our estimate and we’ll address any question or concerns you might have. We’ll also assist you with the company documents you may require to process the necessary permits for your project.
Note: our Free Estimates are made according to our availability by area.

Schedule the Installation
Upon approval of the estimate, we’ll review with you all the details of the project to make any necessary adjustments or changes before signing the agreement document and defining the payment terms.
Then we’ll be able to proceed with the paper work and whether you're looking for seamless Guttres, Screen enclosure or Motorized retractable screen, we’ll order the materials we need to perform your installation.
Note: at this time you must ensure that you have previously obtained any necessary and required permits.

Installation day
Our team of experienced technicians is equipped with the knowledge and experience to handle any installation project. You might expect some materials to be delivered to your home 1-2 days before the new installation starts. However, on the day of installation we’ll arrive with the necessary equipment, tools and materials. We’ll keep you informed of any details, so that's it is very important for us to have direct communication with you.
Note: you can plan to be home during the installation process. However, for big screen projects it can be very noisy, and could possibly be disruptive if you work from home.
